BASIC INFORMATION
Wood County Solid Waste
Management District provides funding for 2 full-time Sheriff's deputies
to enforce litter laws and to supervise inmate roadside litter
collection. They also respond to solid waste dumping complaints,
including reports of untarped loads.

ENFORCEMENT
The Wood County Health
Department enforces solid waste regulations and inspects and
licenses all solid waste vehicles and the Wood County Landfill.
